Chase Perdana Development Sdn Bhd’s (“CPDSB”) origin dates back to 1995.

CPDSB has built up decades of experience in shaping and challenging the boundaries of various sectors which include construction, project management, property development, concessions business and facility management.The Company’s current principal activities are in offering total solutions covering the areas of development and management of student’s accommodations.

The concessions business include the development of the students’ hostels including staff quarters and other related facilities for University Malaysia Sabah (“UMS”) for 7,270 students for a period of 30 years.

CPDSB had completed the required facilities under Phase I (3,600 students) in 2004/2005. The Concession is already in the 18th year of operations. For Phase II with a similar concept will be implemented for providing the remaining 3,670 students’ hostels and accommodations. The lease is for a period of 30 years.
